Chiropractor

William Ross, D.C.

Dr. Ross has been a resident of Alaska since 1981. His spouse, Tina, is a licensed Psychologist who works in Anchorage. Tina spends a great deal of her time tending to her garden utilizing organic gardening principles. His son, Blue earned a degree in Biology from the University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau.

Blue also holds his doctorate in chiropractic and a master’s in human nutrition and functional medicine from the University of Western States in Portland and has joined Dr. Ross’s practice. Dr. Ross’s philosophy on health extends to his personal life with a focus on food and nutrition. To this end, he and his wife spend summer months maintaining their large vegetable garden and orchard. They have also recently started keeping bees. Their goal is to be as local and sustainable in relation to the food they eat. They also raise their own free-range turkeys. In his free time, Dr. Ross enjoys walking his dog, a Westie (Bramble), along the Anchorage Coastal Wildlife Refuge. He also enjoys bird-watching, fishing, and rafting on the Kenai River.

Blue Ross, D.C., M.S.

Dr. Blue Ross was born and raised in Alaska. He earned his degree in biology from the University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau. He then attended the University of Western States in Portland Oregon where he graduated top of his class with Summa Cum Laude honors with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.

He also holds a masters degree in clinical nutrition and functional medicine, which focuses on whole body interventions and lifestyle modifications in the treatment of chronic pain and disease. Dr. Blue Ross enjoys reading healthcare literature and research in order to stay up-to-date and to help determine the most effective treatment plans for his patients. He spends his time off with his family, Toni Marie and daughter Cecelia, exploring nature and taking advantage of all the wonderful experiences that Alaska has to offer. Whether it be fishing, clamming, gardening, or just hiking with his family, Dr. Blue Ross enjoys being involved in his community and the beautiful state of Alaska.

Evan Tipikin, D.C.

Dr. Tipikin has been happily improving patients' health for 2 decades. He takes great pride in diagnosing his patients correctly, then improves the patient’s health and decreases the pain as quickly as possible. He likes to say take care of this body, because where else are you going to live.

Dr. Tipikin was the eldest of 7 siblings. He went on to have 4 children of his own children.

All 4 of the doctor's grandparents were born in Russia. His grandparents ran from Russia in the 1940’s because ……. Communism. They settled in China and Dr. Tipikin’s parents were born. The families had to leave China in the 1950’s, because Communist China had expelled all foreigners. Their travels as refugees took them to Hong Kong on foot, then a boat ride to Sacramento, California, followed by a trip to Brazil, a flight to New York, a drive to Oregon. Oregon is where Dr. Tipikin’s parents met, married and he was born.

Melanie Soukeut, C.A.

I was born and raised in Washington and moved from state to state with my dad for a few years before deciding Alaska is where I want to call home. I'm a cat mom and raise them with my two younger sisters.

Sinya Tipikin

Born and raised in Alaska I have a love of fashion and all things cute. Hoping to become a pharmacist I am studying at UAA while working part time. I live with two adorable kitties with the strangest personalities, and I don't know if that says more about me or them.

Jordyn Garisto

I was born and raised in Alaska. I grew up set netting every summer down in Nikiski. I have a motorcycle that I spend a lot of my free time on in the summer. If I’m not riding, I may be with my dog Louie going on fun adventures exploring Alaska.

Elen Thomas

I was born in Brazil, my three older siblings and I were adopted by my two wonderful parents and raised here in Alaska, I am now a mom to my amazing son, two golden retrievers and my tiny cat Tito. I have a love for dog training and helping others, I hope to one day work as a medical assistant and continue to help people for as long as possible.
